How do I purchase online?
You can do it by accessing roparevolver.com from any device
Browse through the sections or use the search engine to find what you want. Once you have chosen the item, color and size, add it to the cart. From there, by clicking on “FINISH PURCHASE”, you will proceed to fill in your personal information, choose the delivery method (shipping/pickup) and apply the discount code, if you have one. Select the payment method and complete your order!

Is the stock in the store and on the website the same?
No, we have different inventory quantities. You can see the one on the website directly at roparevolver.com. To check the inventory in the store, you can go directly to Malabia 1150 from Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. or write in advance via email to local@roparevolver.com. They will respond as soon as possible :)

What are the payment methods?
At the Malabia 1150 store you can pay in cash and enjoy a 15% OFF (not cumulative with other promos), with a MercadoPago balance or with debit/credit cards (with Visa and Master in 3 or 6 interest-free installments). From the eshop we accept debit/credit cards, cash (by going to a RapiPago/Pago Fácil) and MercadoPago, and we have up to 6 interest-free installments. You can make the payment through Mercado Pago.

By subscribing to our newsletter, you will be able to access a 10% OFF (not combinable with other promos) to use on your online purchase. You will receive the discount code by email and you must apply it in the shopping cart.

What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on distance and weight. You can calculate it from the shopping cart, selecting “SHIPPING” and filling in your address information. For orders over $120,000.00, within Argentina, shipping is free!

How long does it take to deliver my order?
Shipping delays will depend on the destination. As long as working conditions are normal, the delay is usually 1 to 5 business days within CABA, 1 to 7 for GBA / PROV DE BS AS and 1 to 10 business days for the rest of the country, from the time of payment (this is considered the first business day following the purchase, if it was made on a weekend or holiday).

What is the delivery method?
All deliveries are made through Shipnow, which can also be outsourced depending on the delivery address.

What is the delivery schedule?
Delivery takes place from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and a specific delivery time cannot be agreed upon.

Can someone else receive the package on my behalf?
Yes, as long as you have your ID and proof of purchase (original, printed or on your mobile device).

Can I pick up my purchase at the Malabia 1150 store?
Yes, you can do this at no additional cost. You will need to wait for confirmation by email or allow 72 business hours from the time of payment (this is considered the first business day following the purchase, if it was made on a weekend or holiday).

To pick up the product, go to the store located at Malabia 1150 (between Lerma and Av. Córdoba) from Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., with your ID and order number (original, printed or on your mobile device). If someone else is going to pick up your order on your behalf, please make sure they bring proof of purchase (original, printed or on their mobile phone), tell us your full name and the order number.

Purchases are stored for 3 months, after which time they are dismantled and the corresponding money is refunded.

What do I do if I made the purchase but made a mistake and instead of “SHIPPING” I selected “PICK UP”?
In this case, you will have to come and collect the order from the store or, if this is not possible, take care of the arrangements and costs of the courier on your own so that they can come and collect it and take it to your home. Once the purchase has been completed, we cannot modify the type of delivery.

Where can I check the tracking of my order?
You will receive the Shipnow tracking code by email, which will allow you to know the exact position of the package. To know the location of your product, you must enter: shipnow.com.ar/track For any questions or inconveniences, you can write to customer@shipnow.com.ar

I want to cancel my order, until when can I do so?
Orders can be cancelled up until the time they are dispatched/prepared. To do this, you must write to ventaonline@roparevolver.com or contact us via WhatsApp at +54 9 11 4062-3063 . The hours of operation via this means are Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (except holidays).

What if I need to make a change?
In-person exchanges can be made at Malabia 1150, Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

If you purchased online, received the order at home and want to exchange it through a courier service, you will have to take care of the management and corresponding expenses. Please contact ventaonline@roparevolver.com or via WhatsApp at +54 9 11 4062-3063 in advance to coordinate it, indicating your full name, order number and what you would like to exchange so we can check the stock.

Exchanges are valid for 30 days (counting from the time of payment). The garments must be unused, in perfect condition, with their original packaging (whether the purchase was made online or in a store) and with the corresponding label. You must also present proof of purchase/invoice. The amount paid at the time of purchase will be taken.

Are refunds made?
Yes, you have 10 calendar days from when you received the product to go to Malabia 1150 (Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.), contact us through ventaonline@roparevolver.com or via WhatsApp at +54 9 11 4062-3063 to request a return.

If you purchased online, received the order at home and want to return it, write to us in advance by email or WhatsApp indicating your full name, the order number and what you would like to return. If you would like to make the return through a courier service, we will manage the collection of the original purchase and, once it is returned, we will refund the money.

Items must be unused, in perfect condition, with their original packaging (whether the purchase was made online or in-store) and with the corresponding label. You must also present proof of purchase/invoice. The amount paid at the time of purchase will be taken and only the total value of the items will be refunded, excluding any shipping costs that may have been paid. Please note that the refund will be made in the same payment method that you originally chose and the delay will depend on that, the card and/or the bank.

If you return an online purchase in-store, they will receive the items and the refund will be issued the next business day.

Can I request an A Invoice?
Yes, both at the Malabia 1150 store and for purchases made through the website.

Always remember to notify us before making the payment. You can tell the person who charges you at the store, and for online purchases, enter the corresponding information at the time of purchase (Company Name, CUIT/CUIL, Tax Address, and VAT Status), or write in advance to ventaonline@roparevolver.com or via WhatsApp at +54 9 11 4062-3063 (do not make the purchase until we tell you how to proceed). If you do not have the necessary information, a B Invoice will be issued by default and cannot be cancelled.

How can I take care of my clothes?
If possible, wash your clothes by hand or in short wash cycles (such as those used for wool or delicate fabrics), always with cold water and gentle rinsing/spin cycle. We do not recommend machine drying, but rather drip drying in the shade (if you hang clothes upside down, the colours will last much longer!). Remember not to iron prints or buttons.

Where can I find size guides?
The available size charts are uploaded on the website. Enter the product you like and above the descriptions you will be able to find the guide. The measurements were taken from side to side with the garment in a horizontal position, you have to multiply them x2 to have the complete circumferences.
