You have 10 calendar days from when you received the product to go to Malabia 1150 (Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.), communicate through ventaonline@roparevolver.com or via WhatsApp at +54 9 11 4062-3063 to request a refund.
If you bought online, received the purchase at home and want to return it, write to us in advance by email or WhatsApp indicating your full name, order number and what you would like to return. If you would like to make the return through a courier service, we will manage the collection of the original purchase and, once it is returned, we will refund the money.
Items to be returned must be unused, in their respective packaging and with the corresponding label. You must also present proof of purchase/invoice. The amount paid at the time of purchase will be taken and only the total value of the items will be refunded, excluding any shipping costs that may have been paid. Please note that the refund will be made in the same payment method that you originally chose and the delay will depend on that, the card and/or the bank.
If you return an online purchase in-store, they will receive the items and the refund will be issued the next business day.
