Shipping delays will depend on the destination. Deliveries will be made to the address indicated by the user. The validity of the same is the user's exclusive responsibility. Orders will not be delivered to PO boxes or post office boxes. Delivery time depends on product availability, shipping time and approval of the payment method. When making a purchase, the user receives an email confirming that the order has been accepted along with an order number. The user will be clearly informed of the delivery costs before making the purchase. The courier will visit the address indicated twice. If there is no response, the courier will contact the customer via email to arrange a new delivery date/time . If all visits are unsuccessful and the courier company cannot find the customer, the package will be returned to our warehouse. The customer will be notified of this and will be offered the option of a new shipment (the payment of which will be at the customer's expense). After 3 months from the time of payment, if the delivery cannot be completed, the purchase will be cancelled and the corresponding money refunded.
